A town official says a man with a gun is holding a principal hostage at a New York high school, but police have him confined the suspect to one room and all the students are safe.
Pine Plains Town Supervisor Gregg Pulver told CBS 2 HD that police are in contact with the gunman at Stissing Mountain High School in Pine Plains, about 90 miles north of New York City.
